What is the cross? They resemble a RIR male and Delaware female cross.

That makes sense. I bred RIR male to Delaware females. The females looked like the RIR father and the males looked like the Delaware mothers. If you breed Delaware male to RIR females all of the chicks both male and female should look like the Delaware male.

I never had a red sex link, but I had a black a few years ago. She was one of my first chickens and was amazing. Super friendly. I don't have any photos of her, unfortunately.
