    Eggy, where in central FL are you? I'm a bit south of Lakeland. Do you hatch runners at all? Did you order the ones you have, or did you buy them somewhere locally?

    We lucked into two fawn and white runner drakes when we stopped to get just a couple ducks from a local feed store. I LOVE them (though one found his way into a bobcat's or coyote's belly) and want several more. Just have to sell some chickens first so we have room for more ducks in the pen.

    Here is my favorite! He is a really unusual color. He came from purebred Runners if mixed color. I am hoping for more like him.
