There is no "I" in Ameraucana
So, I headed off last weekend with some buddies to a show in Montana. It was a long drive and we arrived safely.
However that night I had a chill. It continued to get worse the next day and what do you know I have the flu. Yesterday was the first day I could get up and do house work, bathe, feed the birds......
But, my birds did well at the show and somehow by the grace of God, I was able to drive home safely daughter and birds in tow.
My sebastopol goose won Grand Champion Waterfowl and Reserve Bird of Show #1. I am so happy!

Pictures are not available as I said I was ill.... But, I may be able to get a shot of Mama Goose later this week when I am able to walk upright again.
My friends did well at the show too, with everyone winning at least one big award. The Washingtonians took home alot of loot!
