Ha, I just fed mine some watermelon the other day. They love it don't they? I had to bring the bowl in..meaning the bowl end of the watermelon to show my DH, it was cleaned clear to the white, and almost to the rind!
Cute picture..loving the puffy cheeks that are being posted. keep them coming.

My little Ameraucana, Theodora, in the background looking in the mirror. Black Australorp, Aretha in the front. They are a week old now.

Right.....but the OP said that she wanted pics of Ameraucanas and EEs...which is why I said that since what you had was an EE it was ok to post.... I am the Western District director of the Ameraucana Breeders Club...I know that EEs and Ameraucanas are two different things...

They grow fast don't they? Aww, look at that cute little face peeking through. Looks like she is going to have one of those sweet faces..even as a hen.

Yes...they are growing like little weeds. I am seeing so many new wing feathers every day and little tufts of tail feathers now too. It's all pretty amazing to me, their rate of growth and just having chickens in general...this is my first time having them. So much fun!

These are my two EE hens, Henny Penny & Audrey. Audrey was a little rough on her back when the photo was taken because she had been in a place with too many roosters.

LOL...thank you! Yes it's fun, but definitely trying at times!

And also yes, I prefer to sell my hatching eggs through BYC, but I end up keeping a calendar AND a notebook with my waiting list come spring time, between here and people who contact me through my breed clubs and my website, it can be hard to keep up with.
