I have a picture with my baby Silkie with my dogs too.. It's from the night of the hurricane, Irene.
I brought Cloud inside that night to keep him safe.

These two were co-broodys. After the chicks hatched, one hen took all of the chicks. Notice how they preferred the coop floor to the nest box right beside them.
