I really want a showgirl. My last one died not too long ago. RIP Stinker.

Please buy showgirls from dedicated, reputable breeders. The breed is still a work in progress, which means irresponsible breeding (for numbers, not quality, as is standard in all factory farming and puppy/kitten mill settings) is extremely detrimental to the population of showgirls in general. Plus, who wants to give their money to a giant corporation when you could give it to a real person who actually needs it?

Just curious that a hatchery would sell showgirls.The two I have are from breeders,one a byc member.Cackle's website did not have showgirls listed.

I also did not see Showgirls from Cackle. I don't have any of their catalogs so can't say about those.


As a side note, I've been drooling over the photos on every page and am guilty of adding Showgirls to my 'wishlist' for next year. lol. I'm quite smitten with the whites.

Does anyone in the NE Kansas area have showgirls for sale? Not giving up my "from scratch" project, just want to have a few in my flock ;-)
