I'm hoping to set eggs on the 24th and I'd like some Showgirls because my daughter LOVES them. I don't care what color they are or if they come from pet quality or show quality stock. I'd even consider mixed-bred or a mixed breeding pen, if that's all that's available. Send me a PM and let me know how much they'll be.

Last summer I hatched out a single mixed-bred Turken and it was my daughter's favorite little chick. As it grew up, every time she saw him, she'd get so excited and always pointed him out, "Look Mama, there's Naked Neck!" Well Naked Neck turned out to be a little cockrel and as much as she liked him, I just didn't want to keep extra cockrels running around. So I rehomed Naked Neck with the promise that I would hatch out some more Naked Necks in the Spring because we needed girl naked necks, too. She was happy with that.

A few months ago, I sat her on my lap to look at pictures of Naked Necked chickens, so we could decide what kind of naked necked chickens she thought we should get. We looked at standards and bantams, frizzled, all different colors and what are the ones she loved the most? Showgirls, of course! Over the last few months, she's been firm - she likes Showgirls the best. So I'm looking for Showgirl eggs. I already have Silkies, so I thought Showgirls would be an excellent addition to our flock.

Here's a picture of my little partner in crime.
