showing geese?

im just wondering if i could show my production toulouse at a small fair or are the production types not allowed in shows? Are geese like chickens were they need to have certain vaccines to enter?

I think it varies fair to fair...but, at our fair here in Eastern Nebraska - you can. I would check with your County Extension Agent and find out. I bet you'll be able to show your bird. The hardest part for you and the bird is going to be having the bird stay overnight at the fair grounds and being apart.

here water fowl don't hae to be inspected prior to showing at the fair.
