In this case yes. It's really amazing that these guys are still alive to be honest, they should have giving up a while ago, they are soooooo confined right now. Alls we are doing is releasing there confinement.. To go 40 hours of internally pipping, it's really absolutely amazing they are still fighting..

Gah I feel terrible I made them look so bad and gave them such a rough start! Someone (who I thought was experienced) told me to turn my humidity way down bc the air cell was tiny then bump it up at hatch and it got hard to regulate. Probably what ccaused it was early on though.. I filled the water resivoirs full bc that's what the bator instructions said and I couldn't find a hygrometer until day 15

whats the best way to regulate the temp in the brooder? it seems to get a little too warm after a bit

I was afraid if that was he talking when you loosened up some of the membrane around him??
