Shrink wrapped ducks?? What should I do?

Dipping, dipping is when the air cell falls to one side.

What you have described is what some have done called the float test. This is usually done to see if the embryo is still alive.

I have never heard of doing this during the hatching process..

Misting yes you need to mist your eggs. I have two methods on my site www.lwbarnhouse.com click on the duck tab and there's two methods, you can't combine the two methods. Method two doesn't require misting, however with this warm hot weather, I recommend it.. Each turn you mist them...

Okay...definitely worried cuz they list it on the direction sheet they give us as part of the process, just like turning the eggs...why would they say that and does it matter what type of duck egg it is? They only give the dipping instruction part with the ducks..not chicks or quails. Confused????

I personally have never heard of dropping them in water like that and how would you keep that water warm in the first place. I don't think I would even attempt it. That's risky.

Although I may get a hair up my butt and try it.. He'll I've tried everything else. Lol..
