shriveled wattle

I have a 4 year old white legghorn rooster, he has a very pretty comb and two long beautiful wattles to go along with it. Everyone wants him because he is such a handsome rooster. Yesterday I noticed that one of his wattles was all wrinkled and shrunk up to his beak near about. Seem in very good health doesn't seem to bother him right now, and I have never seen this happen to a rooster before. Wondering if anyone has seen something to this nature before?

That happened to one of my roos once. He was sick however, and we had to put him down.

Is he getting enough water?
Also, can you post a picture.
