Shrunken off color comb .. sick hen?

One of my hens, Taylor, is having the same problem! Or a similar problem, her comb is off to the side in the back, a lot smaller, and like a light, light pink, and she is losing tail and neck feathers. I suspect she has Avian Pox, but I fear that she may die, since she has always been the "runt" of the flock. I only have six birds, but one is already starting to show the same symptoms as Taylor. I hope that the whole flock doesn't catch it. It has been really cold, so I don't think they have as good a chance as they would if it was warm outside.

Would it be a god idea to quarantine Taylor? Or do you think that the whole flock is affected?

P.S. What is the chance of death? Is it usually fatal? The disease page didn't mention that.

Pox is usually a warm weather disease ...why do you think it has pox? can you post a pic?

Are you sure they aren't just going though moult like some crazy birds like to do? I have a hen with a pin feather tail and a bald bottom who decided to moult when weather dips into the 20's at night. What is their breed too? Single comb varietys often get floppy combs when between laying or after they finished laying.
