Sick 11 week old chickena

Please Help. I have had 8 barnyard mix chicks since they were 2 days old. All have been well and healthy. I integrated them into my flock of three senior hens approximately a month ago. Everyone gets along fairly well.
Two weeks ago one my the 11wk olds started acting lethargic, losing weight. I saw a few loose stools in the coop so I treated for coccidiosis. I lost the sick chick within the week. This morning I went out to give feed and change water and I have two more girls with tails down, acting lethargic. They are eating, drinking. I have separated them. I gave them nutridrench.
What am I doing wrong!!!

I don’t want to lose my girls! But I don’t know what to do!
