Anything to get her feeling good and walking.
I've been reading on wet feather too.
The water beads up on her back, but her underneath is soaking wet. Her gland is fine and after a soak she preens
She is sitting on her legs and feet? Hopefully it’s not gotten to far that the B complex won’t help her. We have seen some pretty awesome recoveries. It maybe she just isn’t able to spread the oils very good right now. She needs to be standing to get to her underside. Bless her heart let’s hope the B complex starts working quick. Does she have a special treat she likes? I’d give her the liquid right over top of her fav treat. Putting it in water may water it down too much.
She's getting quit spoiled. She loves sardines now. I mix her meds in that with some yougart and a bit of feed, squish it up and she chows down.
She swam and splashed around for a 1/2 hr this afternoon.
When she does stand her legs seem quit far a part. Probably trying to balance.
After starting the b complex when could I expect to see any improvement if there will be some?
Hopefully once you start the complex liquid you’ll begin to notice a big difference pretty quick some see improvement in less than a week. Hoping same for your little one too. Sounds like she has all the TLC a girl could want.
Thank you for all your quick responses.
Were you able to see the pics I posted?
Also you mentored 1 ml of the b complex per day.
Which one these are the only two my Tsc has. Durvet High Level Vitamin B Complex, 250 mL $16.99
Or Aspen Vet Resources Vita-Jec B Complex Fortified Injection, 100 mL $4.99
How much of the calcium gluconate?
Should I continue giving the niacin powder also, or is that overload?
Thanks again.
1ml daily over a yummy treat. If she isn't laying age yet don't get the calcium gluconate but if you have already bought it then just put it up for now. It will keep.
Thank you that helps immensely.
I'm figuring she has a few weeks to a month before laying should start. To early for the calcium?
The other weird thing with her is I have vent checked her definitely a female. She has such a squeaky voice. She does not quack like her sister. But squeaks. Nothing like the male raspy sound though .
This poor baby. I'm just thankful every morning I go in the bathroom to check on her that she's still with me.
