You need to be treating them for foot pad dermatitis by soaking feet in epsom salts daily, and thoroughly drying feet. Spraying with betadine or iodine to the feet may be helpful. Clean bedding or grass is a must.

Thanks, I'll go get some tomorrow.....yes I know how necessary it is, we just have had so much trouble with all this that I ran out of money for bedding, which is why I moved them to the playhouse ....then I had that dilemma about moving it & exposing my free range birds. But I've got the living situation straightened out now & will begin treatment. Thank you for your help. If the vet Rx works, does that mean my birds could still harbor some disease throughout their lives? Or would this mean it was something simple and I can sell/breed them in the future? Thanks again.
