Sick 6 week old guinea hen.

Need some help I had 3 guinea hens that stopped walking. This started at 4 weeks old I treated them with corid nothing gave the deworming nothing gave them extra vitamins nothing. Tried tylan and now on cold medicine. One of them got better started walking being normal and was able to join the others. I'm getting worried and have no clue what else to do. Now I found a cyst above the anal gland on one of them. Is there something I'm missing. Please help.

What are they eating and drinking? Are their combs purple, and are they pooping?
