Weird. I take my ducks to Paws to Claws. Only Dr Scott sees Avian and she is out this week. I have been to Shadybrook as well but for special medicine for my cat. They wanted 100 just to see my duck. I took her to Dr Scott and total bill was 100. Call and ask for Terri or Marie Bushong. I can't believe they said they don't do ducks. I am happy to call them for you if you like. I have been going here for years and am upset they told you they don't do ducks.

Wow, $100 is pricey. It was last Saturday that I called. So maybe she meant just that week, but she didn't say that. The exam was $68, but she did 2 fecal tests that made it more. I'm not sure how much. (Hubby swiped the card while I cuddled the traumatized Dandy) I'll call again Tuesday, I need to get her claws trimmed, and I can't bring myself to do it. I'm afraid I'll cut too short.

Well it was not a scheduled appointment so it was an emergency charge. It's good to have them there as Paws has only the one avian vet. If she is out, and I need something, I would go to Shadybrook myself.
