So my rooster has been like this for a couple of days idk whts wrong he cant eat or drink water , cant walk either idk whts going on

How old is he? He seems to be getting up there in the years, since his spurs are so long.

Also- his comb is purple, and the way he is laying isn't normal. It looks like he's dying.

I’m not sure what’s actually wrong with him but about the best you can try is sugar water. Dextrose would be better since it’s absorbed directly into the bloodstream.

Honestly he doesn’t look good at all. You can try to get him to drink some sugar water out of a dish or syringe it into his mouth.
He looks like he’s just finishing up molting so his immune system is probably weak.
