Sick baby turkey

I was givin this turkey, they were going to kill it because the others were picking on it yesterday it was drinking sugar water but now I have to force it to drink please help me if you can

Cook up a couple egg yolks and see if it will eat at all... It's not a good sign that the other birds were picking on it; sometimes they know something is wrong with their broodmate and will pick on them to keep them away.. Might have an illness or parasite problem


Does he/she look okay? Any sores, lumps, discharge from mouth... Walking okay etc? Any noticeable symptoms other than not drinking? It could simply be missing its flock, but I would watch for a bit and make sure there aren't signs of blackhead or another pathogen.


*oh, check the poo, too..is it runny, funny colored, wormy etc...
