Sick baby Wyandotte

Need advice. My 4 month old baby Wyandotte is extremely skinny and feathers stays puffed put all the time. Her (im assuming a girl) face is real pale, but not sure if that because shes sick or just not old enough to lay an egg. Ehat could be wrong eith her, and what could i do to help her.

Is she having diarrhea or blood in her droppings? Does she stand around hunched or puffed up in her posture? Is she eating and drinking? I would think about treating her for coccidiosis with Corid ( amprollium).) I would inspect her skin for mites and lice or their eggs. Worms could also be a problem. Here is an article to read:
