Sick Bantam Cochin-Red Eyes?

My bantam Cochin (about 3-4 months old) has extremely red eyes, it’s really worrying me. Her poops are normal and everything else seems fine but her eyes are so red and she is acting sluggish. Has anyone dealt with this before?

Have you tried applying antibiotic ophthalmic ointment or eye drops to her eyes? It appears as if she is being feather pecked/plucked, and perhaps a flock mate inadvertently pecked her eye.

Hi! I bought her from a breeder and she was extremely beat up (that’s why I bought her, I felt so bad) and they haven’t pecked her eye because it’s both of them, not just one. Unless they pecked both but highly unlikely. It’s almost like her eye is bloodshot.
