Sick bobwhite

So I was feeding the birds this morning and I saw one of my bobwhites not looking herself.
I picked her up (she didn't struggle, another bad sign) and she's very skinny. She's inside at the moment, I will offer her plenty of food and water.
Does anyone know what I can do for her?

I suppose it could be. They are due to be de-wormed. Can I de-worm her while she's sick?

If that's the problem, deworming now might be her best shot. If it's something else, though, I don't know if the de-wormer would hurt.

What's the temperature there? It might also help to bring her inside with a heat source while she recovers, if needed. But if she's like my quail, she might get depressed by herself, which can slow recovery.

It is about 46 degrees celsius (114.8 fahrenheit) here today. We are going through some crazy-hot weather. She is inside, along with most of the birds. We already lost a japanese quail to the heat We didn't want to loose anymore. I don't think we need to give her a heat source, it's hot enough. But I'll probably give her some company. Thanks for helping.

Can you take some pics of her feces....does it look watery, streaked with yellowish urates? Is she showing signs of being listless, and "humped up"? Are her eyes partially closed? Is her living space clean, water clean not alot of feces in the water or feed? Sounds like Ulcerative enteritis to me! I would start her on Tetracycline, Bacitracin or Streptomycin, immediately, and the rest of the flock should be treated as well. UE can go through a quail flock fast as a wildfire. Usually, when you see signs of the disease it's too late but sometimes they can recover if treated ASAP. Bobwhites are extremely prone to UE.

You'll mix it in their drinking water. And it will need to be made fresh each day!
I used injectable Tetracycline mixed in 1 gallon of water...if I remember correctly I think it was 5cc/gallon.

Also, where would I get tetracycline from?

And, I replace my birds' water daily anyway so that would be fine.

She is squirming around the quarantine cage, I think we've almost lost her. There isn't anything I can do fer her, it's after 11pm and I don't have anything to give her.

I am concerned about her flock mates. What do I do to prevent losing another bird?

Not having a great day (except that a chick hatched today, but that's also added more stress).
