How is she acting now?

Can you get some calcium gluconate for cattle from Tractor Supply? You might also want to get some calcium citrate tablets from Walmart

She’s acting almost normal now, just looks tired. She walks fine now. I’ll definitely go get something for calcium, I’ve been giving her nutri-drench for now.

My girls eat their oyster shell like crazy. I had one a couple years ago that laid soft shells fairly often anyway though. If it keeps happening you may need to find an alternative way to get some calcium in her.

What would be the best way, something in their water?

When they lay softies, I recommend giving calcium orally for a few days. You nutri-drench does not have enough calcium to be helpful.
