Hoping someone will have an idea or suggestions for saving my birds. I have three, four week old ducklings, one started showing signs of sickness, lethargy and slightly runny eyes, no other symptoms but was dead after only a couple days. I now have a second bird starting with the same symptoms. I'm feeding them NatureWise non medicated chick starter, their water is completely changed at least once a day, we have well water. They are in a dry coop with access to a small dry dirt enclosure. Heat source provided. I bought save-a-chick today for electrolytes. What else can I do ? There's no vet available. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Seemed fine two days ago, dead this evening. What is going on ?
