Sick chick! Help. Only 5 days old.

I’ve got a little Swedish flower hen chick that’s only 5 days old. Got her from a hatchery via mail. Was happy & healthy an hour ago & now can barely stand. Won’t drink or eat. Iv gotten her to drink a few drops of nutradrench water mixed with sugar to try to perk her back up. So far nothing. Won’t take yogurt or egg yolk. Help. What more can I do? I’ve got her separated to keeps the others from trampling her.

Has she had any pasty butt? The NutriDrench cannhelp, but sometimes a weak chick won’t make it once those symptoms start showing. I would continue what you are doing. What is the temperature in your brooder?

Temp is right around 100. No pasty butt. 1st thing I checked. They have space to get out of direct heat.
