Sick chick HELP

Water may have gone down the wrong tube when i gave him water via syringe but im not sure
I gave him drops only allowing to breathe between
He is now coughing up his previous food and i picked him up and it was all pouring out!!!

HELP WHAT SHALL I DO
he is on the floor breathing hard

Let him rest.
Don't handle him right now, it may cause him to spit up more stuff and it may go down the wrong pipe again.

@KikisGirls yes I have warmed his mat for him and he is now sleeping.
He night have sour crop or something i am not sure.
He has a pin in his gizzard and im wanting it dearly to come out or for him to be alright.
obviously this hurts him so he doesnt want to eat or drink.
he does eat and try food still and i give him extra food and water.

Im going to wait and see what he is like in the morning, im thinking maybe he has sour crop because he held his food in his crop as it hurts to send it to the gizzard to get proccessed.

He is my poor, sweet baby and I ama going to be up all night worried now
