Sick Chick---Or Not?

Hello! This is my first post. I'm so glad this site is here... I brought home 4 chicks from the feed store two weeks ago and got another 4 one week ago. They are all living in a large cardboard box. I have the heat lamp set up in one corner, food (medicated starter food) and water, and a mirror--which they love. I'm not sure which chick is having the problem but I've narrowed it to one of the older chicks. Smelly soft dark brown droppings and some are almost liquidy and green. There don't appear to be any other problems and all seem otherwise healthy. I clean out the waterer twice a day with soap and water and clean out the whole box once a day. Any thoughts on what, if anything I should do about this?

Is the poop like that all the time? Are you feeding them anything extra? Most of the time, with younger chicks, it is normal for them to poop weird poop every now and then in a day, but it can't be constant and they should poop more normal poop than weird poop.
