Sick Chick Please HELP

I have a baby chick about 3 weeks old. She won't eat or drink unless we are syringe feeding her. She is very lethargic. I have give her electrolytes with plain yogurt and water. She started showing signs of improving and then took a turn down. What do I do, this is my first time raising chicks?

Coccidiosis can still be present regardless if there is no blood in the droppings.
It will not hurt the chicks at all to treat them with Corid.
How many chicks do you have and what are you feeding them? What is their brooder temperature?

We have 9 and everyone else is doing fine. There brooder is right a 95 on the warm end and 85 of the cool. They are eating medicated chick starter.

Won't hardly walk at all just a few steps here and there
