Sick Chick

One of my hens is acting lethargic. I ruled out sour crop because her crop is empty right now. I'll check later in the day if she is eating. She has been like this for a few days.

-Comb is droopy
-Walks slow
-No limping
-Watery stools

Does anyone know what it is?

Could be almost anything, those are the generalized symptoms of a sick chicken, and it can be hard to pin it down. Best bet is to take her to a vet.
