I’m really scared, I don’t know what’s wrong with them. They suddenly start jumping and screaming and keeps its beak open

It appears to be wry neck, a common disorder afflicting young chicks, and even some adult chickens. It's easily treated with vitamin E 400iu oil capsules. Liquid pet or baby vitamins do not contain enough E, so buy a bottle of people vitamins. Also get a bottle of selenium.

You will be giving one whole E capsule each day with a sliver of a selenium tablet (not the whole pill). Give once a day and when the chick begins acting normally, continue for three days past that point.

Your chick will be fine.

Okay, thank you so much, is it normal for them to lose their balance also?

Oh, absolutely. You try staying upright when you twist your head nearly around to the back while holding it upside down. Bet you would fall over, too.
I’m so sorry to keep bugging you but is it normal for the tongue to swell up also?

No. That's not normal. Is this chick eating? Regardless, try the vitamin E. It works on all neurological issues.

I know it's not easy to get a chick to open its mouth, but if you have help, hold it open and try to get a photo of it.
