Sick chick?

Hey folks. Got a six week old pullet that I believe may not be feeling well. Her behavior is different than her peers. She’s very docile and spends a lot more daytime sitting with her eyes closed than her peers. We have noticed her sneezing a couple times today. We got her and one other pullet just last week after returning two chicks that turned out to be cockerels- traded them out. She’s been more mellow than the rest, but just figured it was her nature until today I started thinking she might be sick. Haven’t noticed any bloody poop but it’s hard to tell because they are in an outdoor run now on a bunch of old oak leaves, so I could be missing something. Should I treat with Corid in water just to be safe? She came from a large outdoor run with lots of other chicks and chicken lady complained of not having enough help, so figure she could have introduce a sickness to the flock ever though everyone else even the chick that came with her still seem normal. I’m a first timer. Another interesting thing is the top of the pecking order pullet who picks on other chicks, has taken to this one and seems to be bonding to it. TIA!

Sorry no one replied. How is your chick?
Thanks! She’s doing great. However about 2-3 weeks after I posted this two of the other chickens got sick and died. I sent one of the deceased chickens in for a necropsy and the results were that they probably were exposed to microplasmosis and died of complications due to a secondary bacterial infection that caused upper respiratory infection. Thankfully all the remaining chickens seem fine now, but apparently they’re carriers.
