I'm super new to chickens and yall have been great.

Came in this afternoon to my chick lethargic going on 6 weeks old, hunkered, hasn't eaten or drank, hasn't pooped either. I'm assuming coccidiosis? I have separated she doesn't seem worried just laying down. Am I right do I need to head to the closet feed store? TIA

I would go ahead and treat for Coccidiosis. You can find Corid in the cattle section of Tractor supply. Dosage is in the chart below.

Not pooping is concerning - hopefully she's gone by now. I would work on getting her hydrated. Offer her some wet mushy feed once she's drinking.

Is her crop emptying? What are you feeding?

She has pooped pretty yellow milky color i do not have a pic. She ate some scrambled eggs and her chick feed. Will not drink on her own having to give her water with corid in it. On day 2 and not seeing any results or change. She is separated.

Poor thing!

Do you have Corid liquid? I would direct dose her at .10ml per pound of weight once a day with the Corid for 3 days. This is in addition to syringing as much of the mixed Corid water into her that you can over the course of the day.

Do what you can, she's not feeling well at all :(
