Sick chick

I have a lethargic chicken - she looks good but is not eating and is hanging out alone. She also is getting picked on by her sisters that she normally gets along with. I also just noticed she seems to have clear diarrhea. Any ideas?she just seems to be standing in one place

How old is she? Does she lay eggs? Will she eat or drink anything? I would offer some electrolytes and vitamins, and see if she will eat some soft scrambled egg. Wet chicken feed offered up to her beak would be good. Has she lost weight when you pick her up and feel of her breast muscles? Is her lower belly between the legs swollen or enlarged? Is her crop empty or full, hard or puffy?
