Sick chick?

Brought one of my 4 month old chicks in this morning because she wasnt interacting, staying fluffed up and sleeping. There are no other symptoms but just a lil worried cause we lost a chicken about a week ago. Any help would be appreciated

Were they on medicated feed as chicks?
If it were me, I think I’d start them on a Corid treatment.

They were on medicated feed and all 3 other chicks are all good, she was very thirty with watery poops but has de fluffed now. Still not interacting much at all

Update on chick, her poop is greeny red and extremely watery, her crop also feels quite full and squisht
