Can someone please tell me what's wrong with our chickens? They're 3months old and the black has developed on face over the last few days. Thanks

Can you please post some clear photos?

From what I can make out from the photo, it looks like the chicken has been injured somehow. You'll have to take a closer look. If it is a scab and injury. Clean with saline, then apply triple antibiotic ointment to the wound.
