I have rescued a chick from my uncle. It is a 2.5 week old leghorn pullet. They have lost 4 chicks so far. I think it is due to over crowding. They had 18 chicks and 6 ducks all together. The ducks are growing soooooo big that I think the young chicks are getting trampled.
How long can a chick go without eating. I am giving sugar water. I have tried gruel but she does not want it. I want to give her every chance.
Anything else I should try??
