Sick Chick?

I have a 7 week old chick. She was outside in the yard for the first time today for a few hours. Since I have brought her back in I have noticed that she is doing a lot of mouth breathing. She will do it for awhile, then not for a bit and so on. I am concerned she could be sick. I have some Sulmet that I have started putting in her water just to be safe. Could this be normal?

My chickens only do that when they are very overheated. I don't really know much about it, but it she is very hot make sure she gets lots of cool water. Best of luck!
