We recently got a cluster of Bantam chicks (2months old) and one of them a Buff Silkie recently started showing signs of sickness so I removed the other chicks and moved them to a new holding pen and kept this one by herself. She won't get up and walk around and sleeps mainly I checked her Vent for pasting but there is no droppings clogging her vent. So I took a syringe and took some yoke and mixed in some sugar and water in with the mix and force fed her 5 drops from the syringe she has gotten better a little bit and will stand and chirp slightly anything else I need to do?

P.S. I also have a heat lamp over her so to keep hr warm and change water and food, also read that if you mixed yogurt with crushed chick feed it helps them a lot.

Edit: There is no cloggings to the Vent.

I've read that a few drops of ACV added to the water helps aid digestion. It sounds like you're doing a good job :)

You can get something called Nutridrench which is apparently a fabulous booster and does not require digestion it is absorbed directly.

I would run a course of Corid in case she's brewing a case of coccidiosis. It's just too common in chicks this age, especially once they get outside and it kills very fast. It never hurts to at least rule it out and if that is what's going on it can save her life.
