I took this photo today. She is very sick & I do not know what it is. She was fine yesterday now this. Any ideas? I have checked for lice & mites & have not found anything.

How old is she?
Eating & drinking?
What conditions is she kept in, i.e. coop with other birds (how many birds how large a coop) free ranging. What are her poops like? Normal, runny, foamy?
How does her crop feel-normal, hard, squishy?
Does her breath or vent smell bad?
Has she been wormed?
Is she walking with her tail up or down? Walking at all?
If she's with other birds, are there any new additions to the flock?
Are the other birds looking healthy?

She is 5 months old.
Eating & drinking some.
Walking with her tail down.
Her breath smells fine. Not a soured crop. I have had one with that before so I know what that is thankfully.
They are all range free, coop is cleaned regularly.
Poop is a bit runny.
I checked her vent & around her feathers closely & it doesn't seem to be lice.
It is only affecting her head & around her eyes.
I just lost another chick to this today. She displayed the same symptoms along with opening her beak to help her breathe.
The other birds look healthy but, so did she yesterday.
I do have a couple of sort of new additions. I have had them about a month. Coshins.
I have dealt with Mareks & so I know this is not that.
This is just something I am not sure about.

Until someone more experienced passes by, I would look up mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG).

I have a hen, barred rock when I went to the coop today she was sitting out by herself. I went over to her and the top of her head all around her comb had no feathers. She's acting like she doesn't feel good. This is new to me. Any ideas?
