Sick chick?

So I've got this chick that constantly makes this gagging motion and kinda seems lethargic. He's been like this for around 4days. He still eats and drinks but won't stop gagging, I've read about how chicks will do it occasionally but not constantly like this one. please help as I've already lost one of my meat birds,thanks

It sounds like impacted crop. This is serious, and the chick may not survive. But you could try getting some olive oil into it by soaking some bread crumbs or corn meal in it. Then massage the crop very, very gently downward until the hard mass disappears.
