Sick chicken-5 months old

Hello, I went to check my chickens this morning and one of my girls wasn't out of the house. She was huddled on the floor, her breathing is rapid and she has watery poop. She feels terrible. I have isolated her with food and water. Please give me any suggestions you have....her feces were watery and whitish

Is she drinking?
Eating?

How long have you had her?
Any new chicks/chickens brought in recently?

She was given to me about two months ago, two weeks ago I moved her into the hen coop. I haven't seen her drink, yet.

She will die if she doesn't drink.
See if you can get her to drink.
