Sick chicken. Can I give Duramycin-10 to the whole flock?

I have a chickens that's sneezing, and has a runny nose. Is it okay to treat the whole flock?

I'm in the middle of doing it right now. The first time I did it I only treated the sick batch. A week or so later I ended up with it in another run, and eventually back to the original chickens. This time I'm treating them all the same. Praying it works!!
