My 1 year old Barred Rock hen has been lethargic since the beginning of this month. She went from being extremely energetic and social to isolating herself and standing in one spot. She’s been to the vet 4 times so far and they keep saying nothing is wrong with her. They also gave her some steroids and antibiotics for diarrhea. A week ago she was still eating and now she has no interest in even her favorite foods. She is losing weight and declining rapidly. She hasn’t laid since she’s gotten sick. It looks like she’s about to make another trip to the vet again. Sour crop, impacted crop and egg bound are already out of the question. What could be wrong with my hen?

Strange they would give her meds for diarrhea and say nothing is wrong! Since she isn't laying could she have something wrong like being egg bound or an infection of her oviduct?
Here are a couple of BYC articles:

I'm so sorry she isn't doing well and the vets haven't been able to figure it out. If she had antibiotics with no improvement, there's a possibility of cancer. Have they done anything imaging to look for masses? Lymphoma would be a possibility with weight-loss, lethargy, and watery poop.

Without knowing what it is, supportive care is the best route. If she isn't eating you can try torpedo feeding her.

When I took her to the vet the first time, they told me she had a mass in her cloaca but according to them it went down. They also examined her and took an xray and determined egg bound wasn’t the issue

Yes the only concerning thing they found was a mass on her cloaca but they applied a topical cream to it and it went down
Xrays may not show anything. What is in the picture? Post pictures of her poop. Have you seen any lash eggs or lash material. Does she have any yellowish discharge, or yellowish liquid in her poop. Is her belly extended or swollen below the vent?

Do you have any pictures of her and her vent? Could she have had a vent prolapse that went back inside? What does her crop feel like early morning before she eats or drinks? What has she been eating?

Here’s another picture of her poop. As of recently her poop has been a mix of yellow and white liquid, which is why she was prescribed antibiotics. I haven’t seen any lash eggs or anything of the sorts and her belly isn’t swollen. I even examined her myself and didn’t find anything.
