Sick chicken don’t know what it is

Hey so my three year old chicken has been acting strange lately, I can’t quite tell what is going on. She’s puffed up, not moving a lot, doesn’t look like she’s eating much or drinking much. We have been putting cream on her comb since she has frostbite ( maybe it’s symptoms of frostbite? ) me and my mother found a huge turd in their coop ( we have 4 ) and some diarrhea but other than that poop is good. Her crop isn’t squishy nor enlarged. She isn’t doing a “ penguin “ stance. There was some poop on her butt the morning I had to wipe off. I don’t know HELP ( last photo was after wiping it off )

** UPDATE ** I took her inside and tried to give her some unflavored pedialyte but then she pooped this ( new photo below ) would this help? We have concluded she is either egg bound or constipated. BUT STILL DONT KNOW please help ( BTW poop was not as yellow as photo appears, and it stunk up my room with the smell )

** another update **
She pooped more. All her poop is like that, runny and stinky. Diarrhea or egg bound maybe?

One of my hens had what looked like frostbite on her comb before she died of water belly.
It doesn't sound like your chicken has this, though.
