Sick chicken help, please 😭

Have you given her electrolytes to give her a boost? For electrolytes you can use Rooster Booster, Poultry Recovery 911, Nutri Drench, there a different products available at TSC and feed stores that includes vitamins and amino acids. Or you can make your own electrolyte solution by using one cup of water, add to it one teaspoon of sugar, a small pinch of salt and a small pinch of baking soda. Mix it all up and offer it - syringe if you need to but be careful doing this and only offer one drop at a time on her tongue. In an emergency, we just mixed the sugar and water, skipping the salt and baking soda as we didn't want to take the extra time - we had to act quickly to save a dying chicken. This method worked but the circumstances were different. I am not familiar with Tiagard.

Does she have a sour smell in her mouth? If so, it could be sour crop. The coconut oil should help the impaction, as DobiLover suggested.
No she doesn’t have a sour smell at all. She’s just really sleepy acting right now. She actually ate a good amount of food just now, it was her scratch that was moistened with water. I’ve also been giving her water with a syringe close to her beak and she has been drinking it. I gave her some hydro hen earlier. Should I give her more? I’m so confused as to whether or not to dose fish mox AND Tiagard or just on or just the other, or if electrolytes will do it. 😢

That's good stuff as it's both electrolytes and probiotics. I wouldn't keep it constantly in her water though, maybe every other day. If you're going to give her an antibiotic, I'd not give her this or any probiotics at the same time, but definitely afterward.

The suggestion of giving her antibiotics is due to thinking she's got an infection, but it sounded to me like she's improving? If not, then I'd scroll up to what Dobielover explained about them.

So this morning she had a solid
Poo. It didn’t stink like the last ones, she had a bite of food, and a drops of water. She is still acting super lethargic. It doesn’t seem like she has labored breathing, more so just super sleepy.

The Tiagard just showed up, but I’m completely at a loss as to where her or not to start dosing her or just give more electrolytes and wait it out. Any thoughts?

To check for a stuck egg, lube up your gloved or ungloved finger and insert it in her vent. Just go slowly and aim upwards. If there's an egg in there you're going to feel it.
After doing that I would do what you can to get the coconut oil into her and do a crop massage. If you say she's been drinking she should have enough water in there to help break things up and thin out the harder mass. The coconut oil is to help lube the works and get it moving.
Hi, I have a hen who is walking in a crouched position for 3 days now. I started calcium and vit D as soon as I noticed. She is eating, drinking and roosting with the others. Acting normally but for watery, infrequent poop and the crouching. I have given her Epsom salt baths and still no egg. Her vent looked very clean and dry earlier so on this post found maybe coconut oil might help. Is there anything else I can or should do? Thanks in advance
