Sick chicken! Help!!!

A few weeks ago, my buff hen got a hurt leg. Not sure how it happened but I noticed her hopping around. I put her in an empty rabbit hutch to get her away from the others that were picking on her. A couple of weeks and some medicated water later, she began to walk on it again. I put her back in with the others. Now, About 2 weeks later, she is not walking on it at all and she is now sounding like she has some congestion in her sinuses. She's not coming out of the coop and I don't know what to do. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!!

I've never had much luck with treating leg injuries so i will let someone else touch on that. As for the sinus congestion, if the chicken is wheezing, has a runny nose, or swelling of the face i would treat her with .5cc injections of tylan 50 once a day for 7-10 days or treat her with antibiotic water. I would recommend oxytetracycline powder mixed in the water at a rate of 2 teaspoons per gallon.
