Her poop is clear water. I felt her she don’t seem to be hard or anything. She does have poop stuck to her butt now though. She did make it out of the coop and laying in the sun today

Would she have internal laying after not laying for 2 years? She has never been ill since we got her as a chick. Donthey start laying again after 2 years of now laying. I got a pic of her poop sorry not the greatest. I don’t see any mites or anything on her. She still drinking for me and wants to eat just fine. Just acts like she is drunk when she walks. And is slow moving thank you all so much for trying to help

There are several common reproductive disorders that hens can have so yes, she could live for a few years without having too many difficulties depending on what's ailing her.

Her acting like she's drunk when she's trying to walk, I would suspect it's a balance issue because of discomfort.
In the photo of your poop - that little roundish "thing" what is that - a seed or something else?

When she stopped laying eggs, she may have started laying internally, where the eggs can be deposited up into the abdomen. This explains what happens:

That doesn't tell me what the protein % and calcium % of that feed she has always had is.

She is now having some regular poop along with some watery ones still. I tried to check her crop this am it seemed a little squishy. Could this be the issue? She still drinks and eats fine I did take her food away now this am and I have been giving her yogurt daily. Will this make her walk like a penguin and be justnit herself? Although she still eats thinking about taking her to the vet if I can find one. But she is better then she was 4 days ago

A slow crop tends to go along with the internal laying and other reproductive disorders. I would not take away her food, but just keep an eye on her crop. My chickens with reproductive disorders eventually die, and sometimes they die of a crop impaction. Treatment does not always help. You can try offering some cold coconut oil in chips (around a tsp) or mixing a tsp of mineral oil in her food to see if her crop works better. If her crop is puffy and has a sour or bad odor, she could be developing sour crop.

I've found in mine atleast, a crop issue is a symptom of something else going on. The penguin stance she has, ime, is due to a reproductive problem. Whether it's Internal Laying, Egg Yolk Peritonitis, cancer, etc. you just don't know which one it is until they pass on and you have a look inside (necropsy).
It's good that she eats/drinks, I would let her have her normal feed - you can even give her a mushy mash of the feed if you think she will eat it. For the day, I would eliminate any grains/scratch that may be harder to process. For mine, I also give 1 teaspoon coconut oil - refrigerate/freeze it, then break into small pieces, mine love coconut oil, so hopefully yours will just eat it up. Gently massage the crop to get things moving.

Should your bird not survive or she goes downhill and you want to put her out of her misery, you can send her to your state poultry lab for necropsy.
