Sick chicken, not eating or drinking

Yes, por girl looks ill. Can you answer some of the previous questions so we can better help you? How do the following things look or feel:
•crop
•poop
•vent
•breast/keel
•abdomen
•feathers/skin (any parasites?)
•how is her breathing?
•how many days since she has drunk, eaten, laid an egg?

If she isn’t drinking, youneed to get fluids into her. Very carefully dipping her beak into water might entice her to drink. If youhave tine, you can even put drips of water on the side of her beak and she will swalliw when it drips down into her beak. Good luck and please keep us posted.

Everything seems to look ok on her, other than her comb., which I put some antibiotic ointment on.
She sometimes tries to get up and isn’t able to all the way.
I did give her some water with a dropped and she was interested in it and drank quite a bit. But she isn’t eating anything or drinking on her own. I am unsure the last time she laid an egg. My son takes care of the chickens mostly.
She pooped this morning and it was very runny, yellow colored.
She is still not interested in drinking, pretty much just lays there. She does wake up when we go talk to her.

Her vent looks fine. We checked to see if she was egg bound and she wasn’t.
We haven’t seen any mites or anything abnormal.
Her breathing did seem a little labored and sounded a little rattly last night. But today doesn’t sound rattly.

Great job getting her to drink something! Have you checked her crop yet? The crop (area on upper, right chest where swallowed food first goes) is a good place to start. It should be empty (not at all bulging) if she isn’t eating.
Also, does she feel swollen and/or squishy in the area below her vent and between her legs? If so, she could have a bigger issue like organ failure, cancer, or laying issue. Sometimes ascited (fluid in belly) is just caused by an infection that can be treated with antibiotics.
I am afraid she will not improve on her own and needs some help from you.
If you are unable to help her, you may consider euthanasia. Up to you and we are here to suppoort you. But it’s only been a couple days (right?) so I don’t think you are quite there yet.

My chickens left side is swollen due to which its eye is watery! Help me to cure it!
