Sick chicken? Not leaving the coop today.

Hello, I am having a problem with one of my hens this morning. She's usually very active, but today she hasn't left the coop. I keep checking on her and she's just staying roosted inside the coop seeming lethargic. She's an Isa Brown and 1 year old. Nothing has changed in her diet. Any guesses what could be wrong?

Is she low in the pecking order? Could she have been kept from eating or drinking by others? Do you have a rooster? Has she been laying eggs recently? What have you been feeding. I would feel of her crop to see if it is empty and flat, full, puffy, hard or doughy. Offer some liquids up to her beak. Electrolytes or sugar water is good. Try feeding some cooked egg, mushy wet chicken feed. Is her tail up or down? Pick her up and feel for any weight loss. Take a picture of her and her droppings if possible. Let us know what you find.
