Sick Chicken? Please Help!

Just out of curiosity about your neighbor and her track record of no illness in her flock in 25 years, does she keep and butcher chickens for meat regularly?

No, she just raise chickens for eggs. All her chickens die naturally.

Oh, I see. They die without being sick.

Have you asked her how many chickens die each year and how many new chickens she gets each year? And how old these chickens are, on average, when they die?

Yes, they're usually 5-7 years old. She gets a few dead chickens each year, and her coop is very secure (the metal wire goes underground, completely surrounding the coop so that predators/rats can't get in even with digging), so none of her chickens ever die from predators.
